Maryglenn McCombs

Guest Speaker for August 12

    
   

Our August 12 speaker is Maryglenn McCombs, a 1993 graduate of Vanderbilt University, who has been actively working in the book publishing industry for over 10 years. During that time she has been involved with literally hundreds of books.

Her interests include volunteering with the Nashville Humane Association, reading, traveling and cooking. As a former book publisher, Maryglenn has recently traded making books for “making book” as she has begun playing bridge on a regular basis.

A native of South Central Kentucky, Maryglenn currently lives in Nashville with her husband, Tim and their Old English Sheepdog, Garcia.

Coming Events

 

The Killer Nashville Mystery Conference will feature a SinC Booth manned by Chapter members at the Cool Springs Marriott Aug. 15-17. We will also provide a SinC panel for the conference.

 

The chapter will sponsor a panel of authors for the Southern Festival of Books in October. We'll have more details shortly.

Since our printer (J.B.) exhausted her toner with the cookbook project, this highly-successful volume is temporarily out of print. However, if you wish to order more books, contact J.B. and let her know. If she gets enough orders to make cranking up the press profitable, the cookbook could be back in print.
